The idea of the project is to provide the population and agricultural producers of the Pafos region, suffering from drought and lack of water for many years. A state contract will be granted with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Agriculture of Cyprus for a period of 20+ years, which will ensure a stable sale of water. Salt will be sold to local processing and export enterprises, which will provide additional significant profits for the company. The favorable location of Cyprus in relation to large salt consumers in Europe and Turkey gives additional logistical and economic advantages to the project and increases the expediency of its implementation.

The successful location of the enterprise in relation to consumers and objects of the logistics infrastructure creates additional benefits and contributes to an early payback of the project. Support for the construction of the nuclear power plant by the Turkish government creates the necessary prerequisites for the smooth implementation of the project.

A cardinal solution of the water supply problem will significantly expand the possibilities for servicing tourists and expanding local production, which will entail an influx of jobs and a significant improvement in the business climate in the large Larnaka area.
